After an infectious outbreak causes people to become rage filled and cannibals, a group of survivors must figure out how to get by. The infected aren't the only threat though. After the fall of society, people begin to lose their humanity, as these three struggle to hold on to theirs.

After a toxic spill creates an infectious outbreak, causing people to be filled with rage and turning to cannibalism, four survivors converge upon a house nestled deep in the woods. Together, they must try to survive the madness happening outside, the uncertainty and each other. As things become more grim, hope fades and supplies run low, people's true selves begin to show. The four must try to survive the monsters outside and within.

Evan é um jovem que luta para esquecer fatos de sua infância. Para isso, ele decide realizar uma regressão onde volta também fisicamente ao seu corpo de criança, tendo condições de alterar seu próprio passado.
